In todays world of Medications with many uses, in which many use to help on many levels from diseases to mental issues or just the average common cold relief. ADHD/ADD is a disorder that makes it hard for an individual with it to focus and pay close to detail all at the same time having an urge to move around and speak their mind. Medication that helps manage ADD/ADHD is out there with relief from the urges to jump out of the seat one is sitting in, but some believe it’s just beginning to open the doors of possibilities in terms of what these drugs can do. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter associated with motive, pleasure, attention, and movement. For many people with ADD or ADHD, stimulant medications boost concentration and focus while reducing hyperactive and impulsive behaviors (Smith, Robinson, Segal, and Ramsey).
