The site is easy to navigate around and has great customer service which responds typically within a day via email or FaceBook in a very polite and helpful manner. In this report, some advantages, such as; time saving, 24/7 availability, ease of store access and more, are stated & discussed. Disadvantages, as well as challenges faced, such as, perceptual issues, legal and ethical issues are highlighted as well. Furthermore, some suggestions and recommendations are given to further improve the e-Business site, such as; by adding live chats, keeping your website updated, sending thank you cards, having good photography skills and easy search engines are discussed.“Leadership in telecommunication is essential, since we are now in the age of e-Commerce” – Michael Oxley.
