The three different elements that I want to discuss on renting vs. owning are pricing, maintenance, and relocation. It is a great idea to weight the advantages and disadvantages of both. It all comes down to personal inclinations when the person decides whether to rent or to own a dwelling. Renting a property is to pay someone else to live in it there dwelling. Pricing is one of the key factors when looking at renting a property. When a person leases a property, they have to put the first and last month’s rent and a security deposit down.
