Are the banks and money we have now considered…..unconstitutional? After the USA became independent in 1776, we were put in serious national debt and our founding father Alexander Hamilton wanted to create a national bank to support our economy.
I don't necessarily agree nor disagree with the author. America has basically been doomed from the start. When the 2nd amendment was created James Madison probably didn't think that 100s of year later citizens would use it for as an excuse for mass murders across the country. The amendment will not be nullified anytime in the near future because most states wouldn't support this decision. Most citizens own a gun either legally or illegally for protection.
Today, it’s hard to imagine the U.S. Constitution without the Bill of Rights. However, when the founding fathers we’re drafting the Constitution they didn’t feel the first ten amendments were necessary. The three men that believed these amendments should be included were, George Mason, Elbridge Gerry, and Edmund Randolph (4). James Madison was responsible for drafting the document and came up with seventeen sections (4). This number then got reduced to twelve, but only ten of those twelve were ratified.
For my final research project, I have elected to break down the main controversial points when inferring the Second Amendment. Honestly, I do not really have an exact reason why I zeroed inn on the Second Amendment. In this case, I suppose it was a good fit for me due to all the events taking place in our society today. Generally, I really wanted to cultivate the unique essence bound within the letters of the Second Amendment. For the most part, I believe I have succeeded in my quest by first scripting the tale of how the Constitution and the Bill of Rights arose in the new nation.
In the Fall of 1787, upon reading the proposed Constitution of the United States that had recently been sent to the colonies for ratification, John Adams wrote to Thomas Jefferson: “What think you of a Declaration of Rights? Should not such a thing have preceded the model?”1 Jefferson wrote to James Madison later that same year: “A bill of rights is what the people are entitled to against every government on earth, general or particular, and what no just government should refuse. ”2 In another letter to Madison, Jefferson stated more definitively: I do not like…the omission of a bill of rights providing clearly and without the aid of sophisms for freedom of religion, freedom of the press, protection against standing armies, restriction against monopolies, the eternal and unremitting force of habeas corpus, and trials by jury in all matters of fact triable by the laws of the land and not by law of nations.3
Essentially, the fairness doctrine enhances the First Amendment, and does not infringe upon it. The doctrine ensure a balance, and grants an open discussion of the issues being brought up. Due to the space limitations within radio and television, it allows for those channels to be more closely regulated. The FCC isn’t telling Red Lion to not host Reverend Hargis, or telling him to watch his tongue, they’re simply telling them to allow for rebuttal and to keep it fair.
The people are giving up some of their right so the government will protect them. The first amendment is “freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly and petition” The first amendment is similar to the social contract because in a way the government is promising to protect you in exchange for some of your rights.
Last but not least, the famous Second Amendment. Here is what it is about: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”. Pro-gun supporters love to cite the Second Amendment as a proof that it is their right to carry guns in order to rise up against a tyrannical government. However, they are only manipulating the original intent of the Second Amendment for their own profit. Back in the days, the United States had no standing federal army because the founders were afraid of a national standing army consolidating power and the states were expected to sustain a state militia in order to contribute to the national defence.
The players have freedom of speech but the 1st Amendment has limitations. They are allowed to talk anything and about anyone to a certain extent. However, they cannot take it for granted and abuse the freedom of speech as they please. Twitter is part of public domain. The rules of the country take precedence over everything else in the public domain.
The Importance of the 1st Amendment In 1787 our founding fathers assembled the constitution of the United States of America. Of this which contains the most important document to the American citizen, the Bill of rights. The first Amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances” These freedoms granted by the Bill of Rights are often known as freedom of expression. These rights are most important to a truly free society. The first amendment provides us with new ideas and dismisses the fear of punishment
“The NSA is not listening to Americans ' phone calls or monitoring their emails” (Does the Government). As the government states they are permitted to collect any Americans communications The Fourth Amendment protects your privacy, for instance the police cannot search personal properties. Due to the definition of "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers,” it makes people feel secure (Legal Information). In addition, it prevents all irrelevant searches that are not useful.

(ibid 2006 p. 10) Those around him “saw him as a god, a genius from heaven who was a guerrilla fighter that founded the nation”.
Freedom of speech refers to the right to express your own views. In United States of America (USA), people believe that freedom of speech is a form of basic human rights which should not be limited or taken away by the government. Thus, in the eyes of the law, Americans are allowed to condemn the government, protest and express views freely. Singapore on the other hand, is extremely different. The right to freedom of speech is restricted, including freedom of speech involving race and religion.
Growing up as a child, I was always told not to say certain words and or phrases if I did I would often be punished because of it, if even it was after something like stubbing my toe. Thinking about why words like fuck, shit, damn, etcetera were “bad” I could never find a reason. Now being grown and thinking on this topic it was because these words fit the accidental criteria of words, we can’t say such as being profane, said loudly, or with aggression. When someone or a group of people uses profanity or is loud, it is often frowned upon because it is closely associated with negative speech. For public speech to be revoked or punished there is some specific terms that need to be met.
