In all of the stories, they all wanted something weather it was finding love, or surviving very desperate circumstances. For example, Aengus was determined to find love even if this was a lifelong quest. Galarza face challenges in new country, and learn a new language. Johnson had to raise a family, and try to accomplish her goal of a business. However, all three had shared an ability to endure hardship, undertake their mission, and to accomplish their goals.
Aegeus was determined to find his love, even though he knew it was going to be a lifelong quest. Like a lot of people, angus looked for love and refused to give up, even when he did not find his true love “though I am old with wandering”. Galarza moved to a new country, but faced many obstacles, including learning a new language and understanding a new way of language, and culture. Even though Galarza did not know the language at first, he was determined and worked every day with miss Ryan on English. Galarza had many things in his way from learning this new language, but had managed to do just fine “the main reason I graduated with honors from the first grade was that I had fallen in love with Miss.
