Effectiveness means to a degree of something being successful in requiring the desired result. Agatha Christie’s novels are an inspiration for generations, and generations to come. The grade twelve student did very well on their essay, and conveying their message about on of the students most valued authors, in comparison to Stephen King and Edgar Allan Poe. For the grade twelve student there are a few things that the student did well and did poorly on. The student was straight forward on their points for the essay which is fantastic, but they could have written more, since it was short, and lastly, instead of saying Agatha Christie was the “Queen of crime fiction”, but instead was the student could have said something more charismatic in Agatha …show more content…

The student could have explained a lot more, for example by Agatha Christie the student could have explained why Agatha was the Queen of crime fiction and use one of her novels to explain why she is the Queen. On her other points the student could have explained why the student thinks that Agatha Christie is the Queen, and the student could have added her opinion more into the essay.

In one of the paragraph, the student could have talked about how they love Agatha Christie’s writing and why, and compare it to the other crime fiction writers like Stephen King, and do a comparison of the two, and why one is better or greater than the other. The student could have expanded on how Agatha Christie was more deific or divine writer compared other authors.

In conclusion, the essay was very well written. The student did amazing on getting to the point on all of their points and keeping it simple. The one thing that the student could have done was explain more on why Agatha Christie is the Queen of fiction in the student own opinion, and be more descriptive in the essay, and lastly made a comparison of two authors and why Agatha Christie is better in comparison to Stephen
