DeStefano. The article focuses on DeStefano’s concentration on Vincent Asaro, a former mobster who was in court for charges related to organized crime. DeStefano does not provide an unbiased opinion of Asaro, he clearly shows his distaste for Asaro and his friends and family. The Lufthansa Heist: Behind the Six-Million-Dollar Cash Haul That Shook the World. Guilford, Connecticut: Lyons Press, 2016. This book was written by Henry Hill himself, along with his friend Daniel Simone. Both men wrote this book to tell the world an inside view of the Lufthansa Heist, a robbery that baffles the public eye to this day. The book tells readers how no one was ever apprehended for the crime, and even how thirteen people who are suspected to be connected to the robbery, were “mysteriously” killed in unsolved crimes. Henry Hill and Daniel Simone use this book as a way to tell the world secrets that only someone involved in the operation could know.
