These are both organizations that provide universal assistance in their own businesses that focuses on building as a company. Their main pitch is to provide for their workers and the people who are requesting service from them. Although these companies help provide service Airbnb should be banned and Uber should not due to Airbnb faltering in keeping homeowners protected from legalities that come with renting, and keeping them secured from distrustful guests, whereas Uber follows laws and keeps customers safe and environmentally happy. There are laws already existing and implemented to protect the safety of drivers and passengers. Uber was created to help those in need of a ride when resources are limited to people. It has become a necessity for some and a dependable and cost efficient operation. It’s an effective app that allows customers the option to take a ride with whichever Uber driver that is around since there are always drivers willing to work. It’s flexible for any person since there are multiple options for car services. Uber also has the option to drop a customer as well if they feel as though they cannot be responsible for them, which Uber not only gives passengers that option but it is also given to drivers to protect themselves in the same way. All 50 states have DUI (driving under the influence), and DWI (driving while impaired) laws that exist and are very crucial for drivers to follow since it affects their records if there is misconduct.
