Alphonse Capone, or more famously known as Al Capone, was a mob boss who was known for a lot of crimes. He started with petty crimes to murder. If you messed with Al Capone, you would regret it.
Al Capone was born to a poor, immigration family in Brooklyn, New York, January 17, 1899. His parents were Teresina Capone and Gabriele Capone. Alphonse had 8 brothers and one sister. He was the 4th of 9 nine children.
His mother was Teresina Capone, and the father was Gabriele Capone. He had a wife named Mae Capone (Coughlin) and a son named Albert Francis. The brother that helped Al was Frank Capone. The person that helped Al Capone become who he was is Johnny Torrio. Johnny was the first person to teach Al how to become a true crime lord.

The crimes were known for petty crimes. In the meantime, he had some jobs; candy store clerk, bowling alley pin boy (someone that resets the pins and gives the player the ball back.), ammunition plant laborer, and a book binder cutter. when Al Capone first met Johnny Torrio, Al was only 14 and helping him with small errands for Torrie. Al Capone was seeing more crime and more people getting hurt that did nothing to be harmed. Since Al Capone was the biggest crime lord, he made all the other gangs to “tone it down” on their crimes. There were no crimes for two months.
After being captured he went to court and tried to bribe the court after finding out who was going to be there but at the last second, the court changed, and Al Capone could bribe his way out and was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison. He was first put in Cook County jail and then moved to Alcatraz.
Alcatraz was a federal prison island located in San Francisco Bay, Cailfornia. Alcatraz was the most dangerous place to be in because of the location. The prison was big enough to hold a total of 450 convicts. The prison only held at most 250 convicts. The attempts to escape were hardly a thing. Since the harsh conditions made people not want to escape, the few people who did escape were lucky because the harsh weather made it un survived to make it to mainland. The place was abandoned in 1963.
Al Capone was fined a lot for his crimes. We were fined $1000 for contempt of court. $5000 for a bond. $50000 for convicted. $7692 for the court case, and $215000 in back taxes. The total is $278692 plus $32488.81 for tax
