Alfred F. Jones was born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin to upper middle-class parents. He had the best brother in the world named Matthew who is also his closest friend and partner in crime. They spent most of their time together during their childhood. Even though being the older sibling, Alfred was far more immature than his younger kin. While Matthew would rather stay at home reading a good book or two, Alfred would go out with his rambunctious friends and attend house parties or wild raves. The two brothers may have quite a lot of differences regarding their personality and interests but it was undeniable that they physically resemble each other very much. He practiced football even after school hours and headed to the gym to improve his body further. Due to all his sacrifices to get what he wants he suffered greatly emotionally and physically. He was pressured to be the best and he developed a case of perfectionism and anxiety. His body was worn out and those sleepless nights resulted to insomnia and even more sleeping disorders. By the end of senior year he was barely breathing but Alfred would never let anyone see him suffering. He pretended that everything was fine and that nothing was wrong. In the end, he graduated as the class salutatorian. Summer break was like a breath of fresh air for Alfred. His friends started talking about college and he would have none of that. A lot of people especially adults were displeased to find out he had no plans to pursue higher education. He wanted to take a break and do something meaningful.
