Marketing concepts: AllyPC is primarily focusing on helping those to fix their computers and upgrade in a smart way. This is instead of others wanting to just push product out the door and make sales. 2. Finding out what consumers need and want: After a few weeks of opening, we will see where our customers are leaning towards, either our computer hardware division or our computer information division. 3. How to get the products to the consumers: Our company is going to turn away from the usual product shipping way and focus on our consumers coming in store to purchase our merchandise. This is because we want our customers to actually see the product they are purchasing with knowledge to back it up instead of blindly buying something online. 4. How to come up with new concepts to adapt to consumers’ needs: Our business is in a position where we can turn our focus to whichever department is in need of more attention to help meet consumer demands. If more of a certain product is desired we can alter our inventory to match whatever hardware is desired at the time. Also if more IT classes are desired, we can schedule more at offsite locations to help groups that buy bulk
