"Empathy is the new leadership,” said best-selling author Joey Reiman (Brinkman, Twitter, n.d.). Amanda Brinkman posted this quote on her Twitter account and has made it a practice that she has built into her leadership style. Amanda Brinkman has built a reputation for herself as a revolutionary marketer who uses her creativity and vision to build up companies to their full potential. She has spent her career working in marketing and creative departments in companies around the world. In 2014 Deluxe Enterprise Operations hired her to overhaul their brand. Recognition

Brinkman says, “a simple and professional logo has the power to make a lasting impression, and consistently incorporating a bran’s logo across platforms make it more memorable” (Brinkman, The Power Of Consistent Branding That Tells A Story, 2017). This relates to Northouse and his trait of Charisma by way of a logo needs charisma to have an impact on the audience and have “a magnetic charm and appeal” (Northouse, Introduction to Leadership: Concepts and Practice, 2017).
