This paper will discuss the perception of American Airlines as an organization on how mindfulness is perceived as an organization. American Airlines are looking at items and endeavors in which will continue to increase revenue domestic and internationally along with the employees. The organizations are looking to improve all services for staff and clients. On the other hand, the CEO has provided many goals the company has put in place during town halls to ensure all employees know the direction in which the company is going.
