First of all, the company has a team of committed management and employees who support each other in accomplishing their roles. The business also has a high financial capability to finance its operations and corporate plans such as expansion. Moreover, the firm boasts about having successful marketing strategies that are very vital in sourcing for potential clients (Hannigan, Hamilton, and Mudambi 136). Evidently, the marketing department has recorded improved sales for the past five years. A strong organizational culture further strengthens the enterprise in achieving its set objectives and goals. For example, the business has a culture of mentoring its employees to understanding the values of the organization such as commitment and accountability. Therefore, the workers often perform their duties with a high sense of the desired values.
