Lindbergh. In 1934 Cyrus Rowlett Smith became the new company president and changed to what we know now as American Airlines Inc. (aa.com) The Company has been known to be the biggest airline company since 1991 with domestic and international flights to serve their customers. First of all, the company has a team of committed management and employees who support each other in accomplishing their roles. The business also has a high financial capability to finance its operations and corporate plans such as expansion. Moreover, the firm boasts about having successful marketing strategies that are very vital in sourcing for potential clients (Hannigan, Hamilton, and Mudambi 136). Evidently, the marketing department has recorded improved sales for the past five years. A strong organizational culture further strengthens the enterprise in achieving its set objectives and goals. For example, the business has a culture of mentoring its employees to understanding the values of the organization such as commitment and accountability. Therefore, the workers often perform their duties with a high sense of the desired values. Finally, American Airlines is a known brand worldwide making it easier to acquire and maintain more customers (Hannigan, Hamilton, and Mudambi 136). Being a popular flight service provider enables the enterprise to attract business agreements such as flying contracts with other corporate
