Politics have always been critically important to the United States. This subject is also what play important roles on the United States’ development and accomplishment. The government on the whole and each citizens individually are the key for the America today. In the essay, I will mention how the U.S. Constitution was created and depveloped, the efforts that American have made to come up with plans in order to avoid unwanted issues to happen, and the actions that people did to fight for what they want or what they oppose. They were about “ending slavery and establishing rights for former slaves.” (McGaughy, The Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States) Although there were many debates and furious attitudes towards these amendments, it still proved that the government cared about the minority and wanted the equality to exist on the whole. Politically, government took a long time and many efforts to create the United States Constitution.
