I feel as if mostly it was revolutionary, but some points leave me unable to come to a consensus with the point of views. The revolution was the start of America after all, yet some people argue that it mostly did not change the colonist 's lives. As historian Howard Zinn says in his quote, the working citizens, whom were poor and white, were back where they used to be after the war, creating no devolopment in their lives whatsoever. Though a disappointment for the colonists, it was an improvement for the country that they lived in. This would lead to a better life style and more money in the long run. So for right now they might not have much, but soon they have a chance to explore and venture out for more land and wealth. I think that both
