Leaders are looked at as the person who is respected and honored in a society. Their positive nature is needed in the world today that has a good amount of down falls. There are many people falsely imprisoned, unnecessarily shot by police, or given excessive time behind bars. Fifty to sixty years ago this occurred at a higher rate than now days. Once those immoderate sentences occur, they don’t have the rights they once were given as a legal citizen. So, when leaders come in to speak up for them a community develops. That’s one reason why trailblazers are vital in a society full hatred, doubt, or wrongdoings. Building a group of supporters around someone is important to make changes in this world as well. Those leaders can’t be heard as well if nobody is behind them giving support. Even though moral values take time to change culture, personal leadership can improve society through consistent character and standing up for needs of the community.
For someone to prove themselves as a leader they must keep a great relationship with their followers. Even though people expect and hope for change, realistically that does not happen. People who make this response believe change does not happen as you wish it would because a group effort will be needed.
