Religion in school is it a problem or not. The common usage of the phrase ‘Separation of Church and State” many people have been lead to think that the phrase is in the constitution. The separation of Church and State is a major problem in the United States because it leads to school sports teams getting in trouble for doing something religious without the consent of the coaches and the organization FCA lead by students and coach sponsors. There are school sports teams that do things that have to do with religion without consent of the coaches. “ we do this so that the kids know that theres something bigger than themselves” (Amrine) Coach Amrine is trying to say that we are not the only things that matter in life but we do matter to someone. A group of cheerleaders out of Kountze,TX wrote a verse from hebrews 12:1 “And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.” These cheerleaders said this to encourage the players to do their best and they got in trouble for it that doesn’t sound right.
