Everyone loves to travel for different purpose and people who travels from one place to another country are called tourist and their purpose is known as tourism which help boost one’s country economically on the sectors like hotels, hospitals all the tourism industry. Due to worldwide conflicts and refugee’s problem people from those regions wants to migrate to developed countries like USA, Australia, Canada for betterment of life. Many couples plan give birth to babies in foreign country because the baby will be given the citizenship. For some instance developed country has promulgated the law that prohibits the children born in those countries to get nationality.

Birth tourism decrease illegal immigration. Although the parents came illegally in the united states, their children have citizenship right and can take benefits of all the facilities provided by government. It also enhances the safety of the nation and preserve the country’s culture. On the other hand, birth tourism affect diversity. It could violate the law. Most of the foreigners enter the United State and give birth to take advantage of American citizenship. The fourteen-amendment become a controversial topic today. 6 There are many arguments regarding a possible reinterpretation of the 14th Amendment.

7 In my opinion, fourteen-amendment should be reinterpreted to require one parent be an American citizen. I think foreigner are taking advantages of fourteen amendment. It is abusing immigration law. People from different countries enters the united states to give birth only. it is violation of immigration law.
