The brochure is useful tool and easy to understand to the people. The design created very simply, and bold. Things that should improve in the brochure is the color of the visual design. It should have more bright colors to catch the eye of the readers rather than bland colors. Also, the numbers are not in order. The numbers should be in order to give it a cleaner appearance, so the readers can follow the steps. This topic interests me because it focuses on how to protect the patient’s health and maintain good health. Likewise, it talks about serious efforts to control and prevent infection which is also one of the most patients’ concerns regarding safety in hospitals. Moreover, the information provided in the brochure is beneficial, and a nurse can include this information in health teaching which provides effective and safe patient care. Also, it encouraged teamwork to facilitate healing. The information presented clearly which bullet points emphasize the important details in a clear format that readers can understand thoroughly. Furthermore, current nursing-related research supports the information presented in the brochure. This brochure can benefit most to individuals who are in hospitals including patients, health care workers, patient’s visitors, and hospital housekeeping workers. Actually, everybody can use this information to protect themselves and others from illnesses and infections. Of course, this information increases patient’s safety because it can prevent infection and acquire it.
