To me, the american dream is to be freedom and have freedom of speech. Freedom and freedom of speech are what many americans want. Having freedom means that you have the right to say what you want as long as it’s not illegal, and it gives americans the right to say what they want even if it offends another person. The following text show evidence of the american dream: “Home” by Dierks Bentley, “Coming to America” by Neil Diamonds.
Neil Diamond’s song “Coming to America” shows that us Americans are not stubborn, have freedom, and doesn't mind having new people coming to America. I think the song was a nice song about the inflow of immigrants coming to America. Just like Neil, I’m also excited about them wanting to come and live the great American dream. “ Everywhere around the world, They're coming to America, Every time that flag’s unfurled, They're coming to America,” Neil stated in his song. Unfortunately, the American dream is a dream that everyone would love to have.
There are different concepts about the American dream. To some people the American Dream is to have the freedom America offers. To others it’s may be the chance to be able to raise their kids in the Americas. The American Dream inspire people to want to live a better life. The American dream is a dream of land in which life should be better and richer for everyone. It’s a land where people succeed to accomplish their ambition of a better life. Most of the people have a different way of defining this American Dream. Unfortunately, for some, it could mean wealth, status,or power whereas for others it could mean companionship, good morals, love, and amity. According to our Declaration of Independence, it entitles every man and woman the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
If I told you that to go on vacation you would have to try multi-able times and risk death to go on your vacation, but what if that vacation gave you a new beginning a new reason to work hard a reason to wake up in the morning would you still go. That's the question these immigrants these outsiders this is what they have to go through to come to our country, but yet we still don't want them to come to our country. These people are just like us human beings with the same body parts and interests, but yet we treat them like they are not excepted here that they are outcasts. We are all immigrants to the world to the United States and if we are welcomed why aren't they. They have to go through this struggle of life or death just to come here you
The concept of the American Dream connects with each individual different, but most would agree that it is the ability to live the way you desire and the freedom to choose your own route. The American Dream is about the freedom to obtain whatever you wish if you are clever and work hard enough. The reason why people from different countries come to America is to escape an unfair class system, to search for better opportunities for their families, and to live in freedom and security provided by the police and military. The American Dream for jihad radicalists in The Looming Tower is to establish an Islamic state worldwide. On the other hand, the Latino community wants to work hard, provide for their family, and live in peace.

Immigration in the USA is very broad, adds to the talent pool in the United States and plays a critical role in American innovation and Entrepreneurship. Before joining CMB, the only experience I had with US immigration was being a student on the F-1 visa in the USA. When I joined CMB Regional Centers (CMB) as an intern I was put in a role to effectively explain to prospective EB5 investors why CMB will serve them best in their pursuit of immigration to USA. From the time I started working with CMB, EB-5 industry has changed a lot and business is now very competitive. However, one thing has remained same that savvy EB- 5 investor want to know what makes CMB different from the hundreds of other Regional Centers out there.
The American Dream is an opportunity in which a determined person can have exceptional success through dedication and hard work, achieving equality, freedom, and personal goals. As immigrants, my grandparents followed this beacon of hope, and had this one thing in mind: a better life. Coming from
What is the American Dream? Different people have different interpretations of the American Dream. Take a look at Woody Guthrie’s “This Land Is Your Land” and “Promised Land” by Bruce Springsteen, both songs about the American dream. Although both of these musicians had similar themes, they had different attitudes towards the American dream. While Guthrie’s attitude toward the American dream is that it should be shared by all people in America, Springsteen believed that every individual has to work in order to achieve the American dream.
No matter who you are or where you have come from, you have undoubtedly heard of the American Dream. The idea that no matter who you are or where you have come from, you can do whatever it is you desire in America. What was once one the main driving forces for immigrants to flock to the new world, has slowly changed over the years, but still holds its value in the eyes of those who are looking for a promising new place to live. The American dream might not hold the same awe inspiring sound that it once did, but for many generations before ours it was a beacon of hope that helped build the foundation that the United States was built on. And, still, today the American dream might not be as achievable as it once was, but it is still an important
The american dream is a big thing that people think about these days. It can either make someone believe and disappoint them in the end or change a life that someone has dreamed about for a long time. The american dream makes people have a dream to do things that they haven’t accomplished yet and something that they have been thinking about a long time. Also the american dream is about people wanting to achieve something that they have been thinking and dreaming about for sometime. I think anyone can achieve there dream by hardwork and dedication.

The term, “American dream,” was first used by historian James Truslow Adams. James stated that the American dream was, “That dream of a land in which life should be better and richer and fuller for every man, with opportunity for each according to his ability or achievement.” Although the quote states a perfect definition of the American dream, this term can be interpreted in several ways. The American dream is achieving a goal that before was seen as impossible or unlikely, making a decision that could improve the life of future descendants, and having goals that you want to accomplish.
There are many different perspectives on what the American dream is, but usually most of them include the thought of being happy and having a perfect life, which isn't always the case. Unfortunately some peoples American dreams have turned to nightmares. The American Dream is a set of ideals that include liberty, equality, and democracy. Langston Hughes and John McCain both agree that we should be able to feel free and take pride in our country, even when our country and the people in it treat us badly. I believe that all people should be treated as equals and should be proud to live in our country, not constantly cowering in fear.
