The songs sounds completely different from the theme that shadows, which finds the author investigating into automatic, effortlessly shaped adult modern pop. The songs that follows do not severely follow to his charting hits, replacing such album like “Shameless,” “Leningrad” and “Lullabye (Goodnight My Angel)” in place of such hits like “Modern Women,” “That is not Her Style” and All Shook Up.” Greatest Hits Vol. 3 summarize Billy’s latter impressively, even with those missing hits. This volume culls most of his best tracks from the time. The album ends on a down tone, however, as it adds new three songs. “To Make You Feel My Love” the song Joel chose to perform as if it was a slow, cleaned the outtake of Blonde on Blonde.
