There are many scenes found in “Sonny’s Blues” by James Baldwin. After Sonny is released from prison, the narrator and Sonny drive back to the narrator's apartment. While driving back to the narrator's apartment, the narrator begins to think seriously about the streets of the neighborhood where he and Sonny used to live because the narrator and Sonny have been together for so many years.
