There is least expectations that the strategy will upgrade progressions for the future of Sierra Leone. How can the strategy be evaluated effectively while it does not compensate the essence for the emerging life-threatening existence of poverty? To better respond, free education is the only key. Strong education should be invested to advocate, and support children and their parents especially from poverty families, in order for behavioural change to take place and prevent school dropout. Otherwise, the strategy should have enforce national practical laws for parents to invest on their children especially girls to eliminate poverty and make penalties on parents whom are irresponsible for their children’s training.
