“The Landlady” Storyteller Assessment In the story “The Landlady”, there is a 17 year old guy named Billy Weaver who has come to Bath from London, England. He is looking for a place to stay and was planning on going to The Bell and Dragon but decided to stay at a boarding house because it of its sign, BED AND BREAKFAST, that lured him in, along with how cozy it looked inside. As soon as he knocked on the door the landlady had opened the door, which to me seemed a little creepy.
