The risk analysis I have conducted will show which weighted average cost of capital would be best to use in evaluating the project along with how New England Seafood Company could utilize the land if the project is accepted. A 10% cost of capital will result in a positive net present value but the coefficient of variation will be much higher than New England’s average coefficient of variation. A lower or higher cost of capital could under or over value the project and risks involved.

Dr. Marshall Westwood had a meal of puffer fish and rice for dinner in Indonesia on his recent trip. Within an hour, the numbness starting from his lips and tongues quickly spread out through his face and neck, and he had pains in stomach and throat with symptoms of severe nausea and vomiting. Dr. Westwood called a local hospital, for he was feared of a “bad fish” food poisoning. He told his condition and signs to hospital staff but it were impossible to speak due to the numbness of lips and face.
I choose the painting Nova Scotia Fishing Village by Arthur Lismer. The artist painted in 1930. The material used is oil on canvas. The title of the artwork tells the viewer that the population are fishing in a small village in Nova Scotia. Also, this painting is very representational.
He uses the appeal ethos in here because he explains how the festival is and the environment of being there. Wallace mentioned, “Over 25,000 pounds of fresh caught Maine lobster that is consumed in the main eating tent after being prepared in the world's largest lobster cooker” (Wallace, 50). They are boiled and served in many ways. He also describes some history about the lobsters. He tells readers back in the 1800’s; lobsters use to be a low class food and poor institutionalized ate them.

The Grand Isle Game Plan fishing advertisement is located in the July 2017 Louisiana Sportsman Magazine. This advertisement is very flavorful to the fisherman’s eye by immediately grabbing your attention with the pictures and the summary that is presented. Grand Isle is being showcased as the sportsman paradise of Louisiana with great short-run fishing pretty much year around. The pictures in this advertisement display a beautiful catch of various sizes of fish that can be caught around the island. The angler holding up his great catch with the beautiful background plays well to the emotions of the reader viewing the ad.
Las Vegas has remained a dominant vacation destination. “people go just as much for shopping, partying, restaurants, and shows as they do for gambling” (Hoium 1). When considering revenue alone, only one third of income that Las Vegas brings in is solely from gambling, where as, in Atlantic City almost sixty percent of their revenue is dependent upon the gambling industry. Hi, Jordyn! Although I personally do not buy seafood, I think Urry intended to target an audience who does. Urry begins by describing a scene in which she thinks "you’re standing in front of the seafood counter, running down the list of evils" (Urry). This implies that her targeted audience is those who consume seafood on a regular basis. It is possible that Urry wants those who do not eat seafood to inform their friends and family that do though!
Post Impressionist is an art movement which developed from year 1880 to year 1914 essentially from French. Post Impressionist was extended from Impressionism and it against the fundamental limitation impressionism style. Impressionism was started by a group of artists, spearheaded by Claude Monet, who were denied by the Salon because of their unconventional approach to painting. Their first group exhibition was held in Paris in 1874, including with Monet’s Impression: Sunrise which had received the harshest critique. Between 1874 to 1876, they exhibited together eight times in Paris and called themselves the Anonymou Society of Painters, Sculptors,and Printmakers.
Greetings everyone, I hope you all enjoying this fall weather and are excited that it is Spirit Week! On Friday 11/3/17 from 10:30-12:30 we will be having Chicken Waffle Grill on campus to raise money for the students. From the feedback that was provided I was able to make changes for the last event. I have attached a copy of the menu and their prices for you to share with your students. Rita was able to create some flyers that can be posted in your room about Chicken Waffle Grill.
