The Next Generation of Spoiled Brats Many of you know about how the older generations always thought down on the ever so famous Generation Y, or more widely known as Millennials. Most Millennials are well into their 30’s now. Since this was the generation to be first introduced to the internet, they were able to invent new objects or innovate their surroundings to be easier to work with. This was portrayed as lazy. Millennials have been stereotyped on being spoiled and having the world handed to them. But in reality, they’ve worked hard to get where they are. Just because they use the internet more than previous generations doesn’t mean they don’t work as hard. Generation Z is proving this to us already. Most of Gen Zer’s say that they believe in the saying “If you want something done right, you do it yourself.” If you were to ask a Millennial if they would like to work in groups or by themselves, they would most likely prefer being in a group. They’ve just always expected others to be behind them. With all this new technology, it’s hard not to communicate with other people, especially if those other people have the same interests with each other. Gen Z is willing to learn about other people, that the understanding between borders is so unbelievably great, it’s hard to imagine a war in the near future.
