I’ll break down the Australian Healthy Eating Guide and educate you about healthy eating, so you can make better eating choices and create sustainable habits. I will also present a new canteen guide for MGH students to improve and support their mental, physical and overall wellbeing. According to Eat for Health, Australians eat only half of the recommended quantity of vegetables per day. This is why a variety of diet-related diseases are rapidly increasing, and the guide aims to combat this. For example, obesity is a diet-related condition that is caused by people's unhealthy eating choices and habits. Elements of the guide include that it is easy to read since there are mostly pictures and limited words, which can capture the interest of people.
