Analyzing Lord Byron's Poetry

Lord Byron poems stood out to me the most but it was this one poem when he talked about how beauty this woman was to him. The way he described this woman in details I never heard anything like this before and he described her so well. In the poem Lord Byron is describing this lady. The lady is a beautiful lady that he’s seeing on a clear day. When his eyes first reach this lady she’s walking down a stair case. Lord Byron thinks the lady is beautiful inside and out, he also thinks that she is sweet and kind. Lord Byron will have you thinking about a girl that he likes or even someone he’s getting married to but he’s actually talking about his cousin. Some people like people from their looks but in reality it’s not all about the looks, it’s also about the way the person is altogether. In all honesty if the person has ugly ways you are not going to want to talk to them, you probably wouldn’t want anything to do with a person who treats you bad no matter how beautiful you think they are. I think as students in high school we don’t look at how sweet a person is, we look at how other people would feel and what they would say about you if you’re actually dealing with someone who isn’t as beautiful as someone else. We care way too much about what people think because we don’t want to get laugh but we don’t think about the other person whom may be getting laughed at because of the way they look. As a society I think we need to work on that. In other ways I think the way he talks about her is wonderful like I once said young dudes these days doesn’t talk about girls the way he did in this poem.
