A teenager life should be about being with friends and discovered who you are and preparing for the future. But unfortunately, a girl named Anne Frank didn’t have a normal teenage life, instead her and her family had to survive the Holocaust and being chase by Germans.
Anne Frank family went through the Holocaust. When the Franks found out about “Hitler Becomes Leader”. The family moves to Netherlands so her family can feel safe the, World War II begins and invades Netherlands. The Frank cannot escape and they are not allowed to go outside or do anything (“Biography: Anne Frank”).

“Addressing her diary entries to an imaginary friend she called Kitty. Anne Frank wrote about life in hiding ,including her impressions of the other inhabitants of the Secret Annex, her feelings of loneliness and her frustration over the lack of privacy”(History.comstaff”).
Unfortunately, Anne and her family meet tragedy. The Frank deads was cause by either gas chambers,illness or concentration camp.but the only family member who survive is Otto Frank.(“History.com Staff”).
After World War II, Anne Frank memories still live on. When the war was over Oto went back to the hiding place and found her journal. So Otto was trying to publish it and became a really amazing seller. Anne Frank is being read at schools today and has a movie about it(“Pettinger”). Friends of Otto searched then hideout after her family was capture gives Anne father the papers that was left behind Otto found his daughter diary and published it to the world(“Berenbaum”). “The Diary was also made into a play that premiered on Broadway in October in 1955, and in 1955, and in 1956 it won both the Tony Award for best play and the pulitzer prize for best drama”(“Berenbaum”). “The Diary, which has been translated into more than 65 languages, is the most widely read diary of the Holocaust and Anne is probably the best known of Holocaust
