Story of Anne Frank
The awful scene of the Holocaust left people wondering… “Why would someone do something like this?” “What was it like to live in this awful time?”
Anne Frank’s Diary left some of those answers. She, sadly, didn’t survive the Holocaust but the story she left behind is one that people will remember.
The Holocaust was a very dark time that took thousands of lives. The terrible time was all led by one person, Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler wanted to make life miserable for Jews and he did exactly that, he made new laws and concentration camps just because of his hatred toward Jews. Anne Frank was one of those Jews that lead that awful life.
Anne Frank was born on June 12, 1929, and lived in Frankfurt am Main, a German city. Her sister, Margot, was born on February 16, 1926, three years before Anne was born.
