“Despite everything, I believe that people are really good at heart,” said Anne Frank. Frank believed that everyone was good at heart. Anne Frank was a great writer during the holocaust. Anne Frank kept a diary during the Holocaust. After taking a look at the life and work of Anne Frank, it is apparent that this writer deserves recognition as a profound American author. On June 12, 1929, in Frankfurt, Germany Anne Frank entered the world. Franks parents were Otto and Edith Frank. During her early years she live on the outskirts of Frankfurt, Germany (Bio). At the age of 5 she left Frankfurt. Otto Frank decided to live in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Frank had an amazing talent to tell stories (Who Is Anne). Thus she loved to tell scary stories. Therefore she wrote to pass the time (Bio). Anne Frank had spent two years in hiding during the war (Miep Gies). Anne Frank had to keep her sanity some how. The finally reason Anne Frank wrote was to keep her sanity (Anne Frank). Anne Frank had only published one book Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl.
In 1947 in Amsterdam, Netherlands the book was published under the title Het Achterhuis(Miep Gies). After Anne Frank died the book was published in many different countries and it had many different titles. In America the diary was called Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl (Miep Gies). Many different people published books about her. Her dad and Miep Gies wrote a book about Anne Frank. Miep Gies published a memoir, Anne Frank Remembered (Miep Gies). Anne Frank wanted to achieve and accomplish many things in her life. One of her goals was to finish her diary (Her Life's Achievement). Frank also wanted to live past the war (Bio.com).
