They mention about due to the demand and supply is increasing all around the world, company need to more focusing on environmental production in order to attract more consumer and reduce the pressure from the workers. Because it only not related to the term environment, not just the natural environment, but instead of surrounding it. In addition, there is a dimension framework which influence different environmental level in transport operations. These levels are logistics physical structure, patterns of trading links, scheduling the production and distribution and management of transport resources. The key success factor in the studied chain was the broad system approach where four supply chain actors were included. This eliminated the risk of sub optimization and enabled consideration of the total economic as well as environmental impact.
