The article “Annoying Ways People Use Sources” by Kyle D. Stedman shaped the way I am using my outside sources in my final project. Stedman also tries to relates to reader in many ways such as giving many examples of everyday things he sees people doing. For example Stedman notes, “I hate slow drivers when I’m driving in the fast lane, maintaining the speed limit exactly, and I find myself behind someone who thinks the fast lane is for people who drive ten miles per hour below the speed limit, I get an annoyed feeling in my chest like hot water filling a heavy bucket” (242). This text is about my topic “No Child Left Behind” act. I will need to annotate my views about not supporting this act and arguing against this creditable source. The author identifies the texts purpose in the first paragraph when he is explaining the reason why this act got made.
