Intervention: MHP and MHS discuss school incidents that were recorded, however were not reported to her from the school. MHP review the school documents for SAFY records.

Renee struggled with the idea because she believed JPO should not have a say in school but a few days later informed MSTT she did reach out to JPO and explained the situation and was informed how this could effect Asa probation status. Khristy Hernandez 1AB Mrs.Carroll Place: Seabourn Elementary School, 1st graders Time: 4 hours and 14 minutes The point for this observation was to ask my mentor ‘ What has been the biggest challenge for her in relation to providing accommodations?’ And ‘ How she overcame that challenge?’ Her biggest challenge in relation to providing accommodations is the fact that you need to customize each kid's needs, like homeschooling, free lunch, and getting teachers to take out kids out of class for 15 minutes just to help them get better at reading or anything else.

I have been waiting until the last school day of school before winter break because I noticed that there are some grades that haven 't been posted yet. One of the grades appears to be turned in late.
Mr. Higgins, First I want to thank you and the rest of the staff for organizing the intervention this morning. I was reflecting back on my time at Brophy after the meeting and recognize that I have received many opportunities that most student can not receive in public high school. If I had a chance to redo my four years of high school I would definitely still pick Brophy. Even though my high school career at Brophy could have been better, none of the moments I have had (good or bad) has been a waste. Brophy has dramatically changed my life farther than any school could have and changed the way I think and carry myself between freshman year and now.
Parents/guardians, teachers, and other staff should watch for signs of concussion symptoms such as fatigue, irritability, headaches, blurred vision, or dizziness; reappearing with any type of mental activity or stimulation. If any these signs and symptoms occur, the student should cease the activity. Return of symptoms should guide whether the student should participate in an activity. Initially a student with a concussion may only be able to attend school for a few hours per day and/or need rest periods during the day. Students may exhibit increased difficulties with focusing, memory, learning new information, and/or an increase in irritability or impulsivity.
: Austin is an eleven-year-old Caucasian male who is a student in the fifth grade. He is currently enrolled in a private school. It is reported that Austin is strong in all academic areas, except reading and writing and currently has all A’s and B’s on his report card.
