Today, besides selling food in restaurants, a new and improved method is the use of food trucks. These food trucks all have their own styles and sell various types of foods to citizens in streets and non-traditional locations. Cities should keep in mind that food trucks need an appropriate amount of space to work with, they help the economy, and they help the community. To begin with, for a food truck to be successful, it needs a proper area to work with.
