How did you become interested in Computer Science? (1-2 paragraphs)

At the age of 5, my mother introduced me to computers and the internet. After that, I began to conduct more and more research on computers and ended up coming across computer science and programming. Additionally, I’ve always had a mystic attraction to computers ever since then and I had no idea what computers did or how they really worked, but I jumped on every chance I could to get near them. Once encountering CS again, I tried to dibble and dabble around with programming and the math behind computer science, but didn’t succeed until I came to college. To be given the opportunity to meet a multitude of women from around the world is like a breath of fresh air. It would be so inspiring and mind-boggling for me to be surrounded with like-minded individuals who happens to be women. Furthermore, diversity is needed whether it be women, different races, LGBT etc., because it helps to convert a business into a true organization that seeks change. Professionally, I hope to gain a career in software engineering, then transition into a product manager, and work my way up to the C-list executive position.
