I represent QH on a variety of national digital health meetings and working groups such as the National documentation and categorisation working group and the Australian Digital Health Agency’s Jurisdictional workshops. With my background as a Health Information Manager combined with my recent MHR experience, I am able to manage and navigate clinical systems including understanding the complexities of data flow between system and the importance of data maintenance. I am experienced in coaching and mentoring employees, conflict resolution, and identifying training needs. With a focus on high-quality outputs, I ensure employees maintain a high level of expertise while coordinating and assuming responsibility for complex projects of strategic significance. I am able to motivate and promote a culture that is open and approachable while promoting a can-do attitude and problem-solving outlook that focuses on improving outcomes and inefficiencies for the department.
