Are Personal Trainers necessary in the Fitness Industry?
Today the fitness industry has been over flowing with personal trainers who some made a reputable name for themselves and the upcoming ones. The primary goal of a trainer is to ensure that the client meets his or her fitness goals. For years speculation about personal trainers being useless and being a good way to waste the money has begun to rise. Potential clients need to understand that personal trainers are well educated and experienced in the realm of fitness. Although it is true people had bad experiences with personal trainers, personal training ultimately depends on the knowledge and skill level of the trainer.
Probably the biggest stereotypical aspect in the fitness industry is everyone thinks they is a fitness guru. Individuals who claim to be trainers be the main ones sabotaging it for everyone. People who start working out at the gym glamorize on their goals but usually take a too much time and often do harm to themselves if their technique isn't superb. Complaints like PT’s are boring spreads like wildfire. Personal trainers are a reliable resource when it comes to understanding weight training and cardiorespiratory techniques. When people think of the training all they think of is weights, but personal training goes a lot deeper than that and technically it goes as far as the trainer’s expertise. Modern training activities like mountain climbing, swimming is the norm, but training can consist of much more creativity. Kobe said, “The most important is to try and inspire people so they can be great in whatever they want to do”. Every exercise must be completed by client, the people who failed to complete them mainly be the individuals criticizing personal trainers. In my opinion people should seek trainers to promote motivation in an exercise
