Over 40 percent of the world’s population living with poverty(1). Moreover, there is no doubt between rich and poor all exist in the world. In “Can Extreme Poverty Be Eliminated,” Jeffrey Sachs mentions that “For the First time in history,”(2)the representatives of each country from poor to wealthy countries together to talk about eradicating extreme poverty. This possibility will seem imaginary to some. India, China, and other low-income parts of Asia over the past 25 years, they have overcome these difficulties and are now the richest country in a globe(3). Some of people say it is impossible to this country to overcome by themselves. This is true that without the world’s support, it may be have challenging for these countries to overcome poverty. Although a lot of people think that great power comes with great responsibility, which knows that wealthy countries have to help poor. Wealthy countries are similar to the poor countries by facing many social problems, such as, crime, poverty, and addiction every day. Therefore, the poor countries need to take responsibility for their problems and try to solve them before they are asking for help from other countries. There are a lot of examples of countries have overcome poverty by rebuilt their economics by themselves. For example, Japan on which has lack of natural resources, it always impacts by earthquakes and tsunamis. However, Japanese have not been frustrated. Today Japan is the third best economy in this world. Another example is Singapore, although Britain colonized it.
