Illegal Immigration is a huge debate in America. What should America do with the illegal immigrants? Many believe that America should deport the illegal immigrants back to their homeland. They believe that America should do this because they are taking American jobs, costing American taxpayers, and smuggling illegal drugs into America. The U.S. government should deport illegal immigrants because they are taking Americans’ jobs. America’s economy has been sluggish leaving many Americans out of work, and it does not need to get any worst. The article “Unskilled Workers Out to Immigrants” by Steven A. Camarota states, “There were 1.5 million fewer native-born Americans working than in November 2007, while 2 million more (legal and illegal) were working.” Illegal Immigrants are taking Americans’ jobs, and it needs to stop. Many will say that they are coming to America for a better life which that may be true, but they are making American’s lives worst. They need to be sent home. …show more content…
