Scouts Boy Scouts has officially decided to allow girls to join. Girl scouts however, still remains gender specific. Boy scouts will no longer be called be called Boy scouts, but just Scouts after they decided to drop the “boy” part of their name to be more accepting. The girls and boys scouts have always been separate, but now due to complaints Boy scouts is allowing girls to join(Bacon). I think that sense the Boy scouts is no longer just for boys then the same thing should be done for Girl scouts. It is not fair that Boy scouts has to open it up for both gender and Girl scouts does not. If they are going to change Boy Scouts to just Scouts then they should just combine the Boys and Girls Scouts into one club with no separation between
