The life of a child in Africa is way more different than the life of a child in America. Their conditions are not fair to them because they have to fight in the war. That is why these children should not be prosecuted. Children are not used to be held for fighting, they need to have the right to be free. We need to fix this worldwide problem. Child soldiers don't know right from wrong cause they are young and haven't learned from any mistakes. They are still learning, so this causes them to not know right from wrong. In a video, it showed that in Syria, a twelve year old boy was trained with a shotgun and anyone who trespassed in his family's territory was killed. The life of a child in Africa is way more different than the life of a child in America. Child soldiers should not be used to be soldier, they need to live their life as a young adult.
