Football, soccer, and many others are killing you. These sports are very loved all around the world but think about the risks and rewards. Contact sports are not worth the risk because the risk of getting a CTE is high, Physical injury is high, and the risk of not acknowledging injury for love of the game can keep injuries from healing. First, Contact sports and concussions. Soccer, though not thought of as a contact sport, is still very physical. Kicking shins and kicking others with heavy metal cleats. Concussions are going to happen if you do this constantly, but many don't realize when watching how dangerous it really is when watching it on the big screen. Doing an extensive amount of running is very good for you and I have to admit that it is easy to have fun playing, but running and ramming into one another is not fun, it's scary.
