This was said by Maulana Jalal al – Din Rumi (Rumi), a 13th century Persian poet, Islamic Jurist and theologian. When I read this quote, I was reminded of an advertisement that I came across stating “Belly dancing classes” for Pregnant women and that aroused my curiosity in exploring the benefits of dancing during pregnancy.
