Nowadays, French Fries are one of the most popular side dishes in the world. But unfortunately, our favorite terrible-yet delicious "French Fries", now has a sad strike against it and based on a research French Fries aren't just unhealthy but also deadly. This research states that potatoes, in general, didn't do anything bad but when it came to the preparation of the potatoes that's when it was taken account, the team found out that fried potatoes of any kind including French Fries and hash brown, twice a week or more it can increase the mortality risk.
