Society most of the time recognized exceptional individuals, whose performance in sports, science, arts, politics is vastly superior to that of the rest of the population. Speculations On the cause of these individuals’ extraordinary abilities and performance are as old as the first records of their accomplishments. Such as the influence of the ecology of the bodies, or the incidence of the stars and planets the day of the birth, or special gifts. As the humanity evolution all these theories loose acceptation. Others believed that the illustriousness of these individuals is inherited. Consequently, the 10,000 hour rules states, that in order to have an opportunity to success, the individual have to practice 10,000 hours to be well prepared. In my own personal experience with this statement, I believe that it is not only ten thousands hours that will propel one to succeed, also, the ability, physical specimen or timing could play a major roll. Take for instance Michael Jordan, he most definitely put in the hours to be a great at his craft., but, also he was 6’6 and could jump over anybody and most of all. He was a greater competitor. Sometimes it takes a major external change to cause and external change. In Jordan case, was the fact that he got cut by his high school coach. after that event, he was badly motivated for success and achieve greatness. Evidently, The Matthew effect open rider’s eyes, and I am not the exception. This effect occurs very frequently; we just don not see it or block it out. Or maybe invest those hours in the wrong field. It might be one of the reasons why a percent of the population does not develop better in society. it is not only 10,000 hours or advantages during your life that will help you to success. the combination of both and others factors that determines how successful an individual will
