While kids are playing outside enjoying the weekend teachers are at their school or house working hard to help their students and to only get paid so little. Acording to washington post.com 60% of teachers have second jobs to help pay for themselves or their family. Teachers don’t get paid enough they work hard all week and weekend to only get paid so little. They deserve to get paid more for all of the hard work. Furthermore there were teachers from Fairfax county Virginia ware jeans to work to protest. When teachers get more pay there job satisfaction increases which means that they would do better with their teaching which affects everyone in the long run. Teachers should get more pay because they deserved for all of their hard work. when teachers have more pay they can help more in supporting their family they can live a more comfortable life which makes them more happy when they go back to the school. Everyone should help teachers so that they can live comfortably. If people want better Education maybe they could try to pay the teachers more. …show more content…

If this is so then why are there teachers protesting in Virginia. They also state that schools turn down the “Brightest applicants”. However there are schools that take the better teachers like collages and those who do get an advantage. Teachers should still get more pay, sure there are some downsides but there are more advantages to it. Teachers should get more pay because they work more than hard enough to earn it. When teachers get more pay there job satisfaction increases which means that they would do better with their teaching which affects everyone in the long run. There are even more reasons to explain why teachers work hard and deserve more pay but if people vote for teacher to get more pay then it will probably happen and that will lead to better
