Nowadays, crimes like raped, homicide, or robbery are always we heard or read in daily newspapers, internet or television that happens in our lifetime frequently. This situation make people feel not safe to be outside their house or when they are walk alone down the street, and because of this dangerous situation, it lead some people to make a risk decision to having an own firearm. Having a gun in their hand make them feel safer but we also know that it also will lead to other serious problem and because of that a new law has been created, it is call gun control. System that modulate the production, transaction, transfer, ownership, modification, or use of weapons commonly refer to gun control. This is because each person has different backgrounds life such as age, education, economic, status and work area which is means that not all of people are possible to get gun license, also will get hard to train by themselves. Without a gun license it means you do not get enough practising or guidelines of better ways to handle a gun from right person and it is totally illegal for us to own a firearm. Them who having an illegal firearm are most likely will make and own judgement without considering the true justices and laws. People will killing each other easily and this will lead to chaos in the country. For example at 6 July 2015, Chicago’s bloody weekend states that gunshots mingled with the sounds of fireworks over Chicago: “10 people were killed and 54 others were injured in shootings between Thursday afternoon and early today”, reports the Chicago Tribune. “Half of the casualties occurred during a nine-hour stretch from Saturday evening to early yesterday”, according to police. This shows us how by owning a firearm are important to certain people, because it will increase the level of self-defence and gives chance for us to protect ourselves when it comes to a crime situation like raped, burglars or hostage situation.
