The New York Rangers head to Minnesota to take on the Wild, and look into extending their winning streak to 2-games.
Unfortunately, for the Rangers the Wild have been lights out on home ice, and the Rangers have been nothing short of mediocre on the road.
However, if there is a plus too look at while this team heads west for another road trip, it will be the fact that Derek Stepan (broken ribs) and Kevin Klein (oblique) both were cleared for contact and skated a full practice Wednesday.
For Klein, it is likely he will be out for one more game, and Brady Skjei, a Minnesota native, will play in Minnesota.
For Stepan, he is ahead of his 4-6 weeks prognosis following the hit he suffered on Black Friday.
